A 24-month enhanced development programme for recent graduates who demonstrate potential to reach leadership positions. The programme includes a structured learning journey across various business disciplines, preparing graduates for key roles within the FMCG giant. This stream focuses on Research & Development.

Responsibilities

• As a Future Leader, responsibilities will be defined by the specific rotation within the R&D function, but generally involve contributing to projects, applying theoretical knowledge, and participating in the structured development programme

Qualifications

• Education:
• A relevant National Diploma, BSc, or BTech in Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry
• Must have recently completed a 3rd- or 4th-year tertiary qualification
• Academic Average: Minimum 65%
• Essential Criteria:
• Citizen of South Africa
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literate in MS Word and Excel
• Not worked full-time for more than 1 year in their field of study (excluding workplace experience)
• High ambition, self-motivation, and a strong desire for an FMCG career at Tiger Brands
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate during the programme
